I am Kirke Laht – an entrepreneur, strategic thinker, and business consultant who helps companies grow systematically and consciously. My background combines practical management experience with a strategic approach – I know how to bring ideas to life both on paper and in the real world.
I founded and led Oma Põrsas OÜ, which achieved over 1.5 million euros in annual revenue, opened 7 meat shops, and managed a 30-member team. Through this experience, I learned how to build structures, coordinate teams, and make decisions under pressure.
Additionally, I have worked as a consultant and auditor, helping companies of various sizes:

In recent years, I have also deepened my focus on ESG and sustainability topics, having compiled comprehensive ESG reports for Baltic companies from 2022–2024. This has given me practical experience in how to connect international standards with a company's daily operations so that results are measurable and valuable.

I consider data-driven management important – I believe that the right data provides the opportunity to optimize processes and make informed decisions that bring real results.
